Dayrate does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

All information generated by the Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use the data.

You acknowledge that the Service is merely a tool and that all financial decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

Nothing within the Service constitutes:

• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Investment advice

You agree to consult qualified professionals for any financial or legal decisions.

Dayrate assumes no responsibility for actions taken based on information provided through the Service.

Dayrate does not verify user-submitted information.

If the Service integrates with third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions:

• Those services are operated by third parties, not Dayrate
• We are not responsible for transactions, errors, delays, or losses
• Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms

Dayrate does not hold or control user funds unless explicitly stated.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Dayrate makes no warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability of the platform
• Error-free operation
• Financial outcomes or savings
• Tax compliance accuracy

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
